I have always loved working through the medium of guided meditation. I believe that it can be a hugely powerful tool to help us in a number of ways on our spiritual journey.

These bespoke guided meditations are a powerful and completely unique tool, designed and produced purely for you and your needs.

In this instance, I will be initially be guided by you as to which aspect of your journey you would like to explore more deeply. I then “tune in” to your energy system and connect with your personal guardians and guides to find out more about what it is you really need.
