Description
Kieron and Tori Morgan invite you to join them for a day of exploration, meditation and magic upon their beloved Leith hill.
This one day adventure will start at the beautiful rhododendron woods, once cultivated by Caroline Wedgewood (wife of Josiah Wedgwood of pottery fame, and sister to Charles Darwin). These woods are home to some amazing and deeply magical trees. Here, we’ll take some time to make friends with them, connecting with the faerie folk (whose presence is still strongly felt here) as well as reconnecting with our own inner child, who can help us in these challenging times to remember what it is like to wander these amazing places filled with child like awe and joy.
After lunch will venture out into the surrounding forests to journey (both physically and though a guided meditation ) to various magical spots revealed to Kieron during his childhood adventures undertaken while growing up living at Leith hill place.
Through the afternoon we will connect with the Fae through an ancient faerie door, release unwanted energy into the silent pool, use the ancient and powerful magic of the forest, the violet flame, and the green to reconnect and re- energise us.
If we are lucky, the bluebells that festoon the forest at this time of year will bless us with their majesty and lift our spirits further as we walk through the meandering pathways.
The last part of our day takes us through Frank’s wood (where the deer and badgers play) to an ancient and powerful tree guardian, the crone tree, here we’ll stop and pay our respects to the Goddess energy, thanking her, the forest and it’s dwellers for guiding us and sharing their secrets.
A last short walk brings us back to our start point and onward journeys, rested, reconnected and rejuvenated.
This magical walk through the forests and fields will be approximately 5 miles, spread over the whole day with plenty of pauses for our energy work along the way. This event is outdoors and, on a hillside, so has inevitable uphill and downhill sections, therefore an appropriate level of fitness as well as sensible clothing and footwear are advised.
Exchange for the day is £50, this does not include food, drink, travel or accommodation (including parking).
